Job Description Interim Head of Group Reporting – £650+/day inside IR35 – Retail Business (Listed) – London (Hybrid – 3 days in London Office) Reporting to the Group Chief Accountant We are looking for an experienced Group and Statutory Reporting professional with a strong track record in delivering timely and accurate financial consolidations in complex, multi-entity environments. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a small Group Reporting team. Oversee the Group’s consolidation and monthly management reporting processes. Plan and execute external reporting and audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and requirements. Handle technical accounting matters, including complex reporting issues and financial statement preparation. Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and governance committees. Maintain and update Group accounting policies and procedures. Provide technical accounting support and guidance to finance teams across the Group.
