Interim FP&A and Investor Relations Manager

Our Client

A fast-growing, international company operating in entertainment, gaming, and technology is seeking a highly motivated FP&A and Investor Relations Manager to join its team to cover a transition period.

In this role, you’ll support transparent and effective communication with credit investors, helping to articulate the company’s financial performance, strategic direction, and market positioning. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in financial reporting, investor materials, and capital-raising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and the annual report
• Support scripts and Q&A for investor meetings and conference calls
• Coordinate financial reporting processes across multiple business units and regions
• Produce presentations and benchmarking analyses for internal and external stakeholders
• Draft and review investor updates, press releases, and other communication materials
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry news to inform leadership
• Support capital raising efforts including bond issuance, institutional loans, and equity-linked transactions

The Successful Candidate

• Must be immediately available
• 3+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or a related field OR in a Commercial Finance Manager position with analytical oversight of the whole business, bigger picture
• Strong financial acumen with deep knowledge of financial statements and investor needs
• Professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, CFA)
• Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – strong Modelling skills
• A proactive team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• A genuine interest in the entertainment, gaming, or tech sectors is a plus

• Immediate start for a 3 month interim, day rate contract
• Competitive daily rate of circa £650 – £700 per day (DOE) – Inside IR35, via an umbrella company
