Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake full project lifecycle management, from initiation to closure.
  • Develop project plans and coordinate resources to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee technical teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Plan and deliver improvements such as network enhancements, platform upgrades, and cyber security advancements.
  • Provide advice, analysis, and commentary on infrastructure strategies to inform decisions.
  • Ensure integration, sustainability, and effectiveness of infrastructure solutions.
  • Facilitate risk management, issue resolution, and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
  • Align projects with organisational goals, maintaining customer satisfaction as a core focus.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in managing infrastructure or IT projects.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, network solutions, and infrastructure change management.
