You will be joining a global Technology business as their Global HR Business Partner on an initial 6 month fixed term contract (with a view to go permanent). This role will report directly into the CPO and you will be part of a close-knit and high-performing HR team who will be there to support your transition into the business. Based in their very modern and luxurious City of London office 2-3 days a week, you will have the option to work from home for the remaining days.

Role Responsibilities

In your new role, you will be responsible for providing BAU support to People Managers and Stakeholders, supporting and coaching People Managers through organisational change activity, supporting Managers with short/medium/long-term resourcing needs (including recruitment, role design and succession planning) and assisting with recruitment, selection, onboarding and development activity to ensure continuity of hiring alongside project work. You will provide transactional and advisory support on change management activity and act as a trusted advisor to Managers, offering guidance on people matters including absence, conduct, wellbeing and employee relations. You will maintain accurate people data, records and documentation, ensuring compliance and consistency across all HR systems and processes. You will work in partnership with Managers across the business to manage employee relations matters, building confidence and capability in people management.

Role Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the full CIPD qualification (or at least Level 5), possess significant experience delivering global HR support in a commercial environment, have a strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice and have a proven ability to manage day-to-day HR operations independently and at pace. International HR exposure is highly desirable but not essential. You will be able to build strong working relationships and credibility at all levels in the organisation. You will be highly customer-focused with a pragmatic, solutions-driven approach. You will be confident using HR systems and analysing people data to inform decision-making. You will be a proactive, determined and self-motivated individual with a fantastic work ethic and excellent attention to detail. You must be an incredibly strong communicator with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

In Return

You will receive an annual salary equivalent of circa £65,000 + Benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate. Whilst this is an initial fixed term contract role, there is a high likelihood that the position could go permanent once the FTC has been completed. You will be joining a fast-growing Technology business that can hopefully provide very impressive future career progression opportunities due to their growth plans and recent acquisitions. You will be joining an incredibly high-performing and supportive team who will be there to assist with your transition into the business from day one. You will have flexible hybrid working options with the chance to work from home 2-3 days a week. When you are based in their London office, you will be located in a great area of the City, close to multiple transport links and top attractions.
