You’ll be joining a well-established and growing retail organisation within the pets sector, where people, technology, and customer experience are at the heart of everything they do. Operating within the Group IT function, the business is investing in modernising its people systems to drive efficiency, improve data-driven decision-making, and enhance the overall colleague experience. You’ll work closely with HR (People Team), Data, and IT colleagues, as well as third-party partners, in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
As the SAP SuccessFactors & People Systems Manager, you’ll lead the delivery, optimisation, and governance of the organisation’s HR systems landscape. Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of HR systems specialists
- Owning the day-to-day management and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors (EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, Time Off, Compensation, P&G, Talent Intelligence Hub)
- Driving system releases (including bi-annual updates), working with stakeholders to prioritise and implement new features
- Ensuring system stability, performance, and SLA delivery
- Overseeing data integrity, reporting, and GDPR compliance
- Managing vendor and third-party support relationships
- Working closely with HR and business stakeholders to enhance processes and user experience
What You Need to Succeed:
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors (5+ years)
- Proven team leadership/management experience (3+ years)
- Solid understanding of HR processes, systems, and data governance
- Experience managing licensing budgets (£1m+)
- Background in system configuration, integrations, and release management
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business teams
