My client are an internationally recognised NGO committed to driving positive social change and advocating for human rights and are seeking an accomplished HR Business Partner to support their team during a period of transformation. This role will be instrumental in managing employee relations matters and supporting organisational change initiatives to ensure a smooth transition for our teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational values and culture.
  • Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies that support business transformation.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to assess risks, develop mitigation strategies and implement best practices in ER and change management.

About You

  • Proven experience as a senior HR Business Partner, with a strong focus on employee relations and change management.
  • Experience working within an international NGO or complex, multi-cultural environment is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and best HR practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organisation.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience managing projects related to organisational change and transformation.
