An IFS Technical Lead is required to take ownership of the design, development, implementation, and optimisation of the IFS Cloud platform across a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation. This role is critical for driving platform improvements, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the system meets both current and future business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of IFS updates, patches, and system enhancements, ensuring stability and performance.
  • Manage the Continuous Improvement pipeline, prioritising and delivering changes that align with business objectives.
  • Select and manage external vendors for IFS support, ensuring adherence to SLAs and delivering measurable value.
