Take ownership of NetSuite in a growing, nationwide business that values technology and empowers its people. As the sole Applications Support Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert, supporting Finance and HR modules while helping shape how core systems run and improve.
What you’ll do:
- Provide day-to-day NetSuite support, troubleshooting and resolving issues to keep the business running smoothly
- Act as the primary contact for users, translating technical issues into clear, practical solutions
- Maintain and configure NetSuite features, including workflows, roles, forms, saved searches, and third-party integrations
- Support upgrades, releases, and testing while ensuring data accuracy, documentation, and governance best practices
- Learn and gradually support other business applications over time
Must have: A strong understanding of finance processes in NetSuite.
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on NetSuite experience, strong finance knowledge, and confidence making small configuration changes
- Comfortable troubleshooting independently and escalating when needed
