Reporting directly to the Group CFO, this is a high-impact position offering significant visibility across the business and the opportunity to shape financial strategy, governance, and performance in a complex, evolving environment.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the Group's financial reporting and control framework, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness across all entities. You will lead the month-end close process, oversee Group consolidation, and ensure the delivery of high-quality management and statutory reporting in line with UK GAAP (FRS 102) and regulatory requirements. This role will act as the cornerstone of financial governance, with oversight of balance sheet integrity, intercompany processes, and the continuous enhancement of financial controls.

In addition to core financial control responsibilities, you will lead the Group FP&A function, driving the budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning cycles. Through insightful analysis, robust KPI reporting, and clear communication of financial performance, you will support strategic decision-making at Board and senior leadership level. Partnering closely with operational teams, you will provide meaningful commercial insight, challenge assumptions, and contribute to investment appraisal and long-term value creation.

The final key focus of the position is driving systems and process improvement. The role will help to manage the Group's consolidation and performance platform, ensuring it is effectively governed, scalable, and delivers timely, decision-useful information. Enhancing data integrity, automating processes, and embedding best practice across the finance function will be central to your remit as will managing, mentoring and motivating a high performing team to help drive the Group's growth ambitions forward.

We are seeking a Head of Finance / Group Finance lead (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualified experience in group reporting and financial control within a multinational environment. You will bring strong technical expertise, a proven track record of delivering robust financial processes, and the ability to influence across the C-Suite and SLT. Experience with finance systems implementation, from design to continuous improvement will be highly advantageous as the group take their next step in improving their technology platform.
