The Role

Reporting directly to the Finance Director with a dotted line to the CFO, the Finance Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the financial reporting function of this ambitious organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and delivery of management accounts and reporting
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decision-making
• Partner with department heads to optimize performance
• Contribute to strategic planning and forecasting
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency
• Manage month-end close procedures
• Support year-end audit processes

The Candidate

This role represents an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to make their first move from Big 4 practice into industry, or for someone with existing post-qualification commercial experience seeking their next challenge.

Essential Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Big 4 or equivalent practice background
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Commercial acumen and business partnering capability
