I'm hiring for an exciting new opportunity working with an ambitious business based in Hertfordshire. My client is looking for a Head of IT for UK & Ireland to lead their small IT function and support the business as it kicks off a number of Digital Transformation initiatives.
My client is part of a larger, global group, who are industry leaders in their space. They are looking to appoint an established IT Leader with experience of leading teams, managing vendor relationships and driving digital transformation to improve the employee and customer experience.
This successful candidate will lead a team of 6 people and be instrumental in supporting the executive team move from a more traditional IT environment to a digital-first environment, so prior experience of working on Digital or AI projects is highly advantageous.
I welcome any candidates to apply who have experience in leading an IT function, who are passionate about driving operational improvements and efficiencies and looking at new technologies to improve the customer and employee experience.
The successful candidate will oversee the Infrastructure, Business Systems, Cyber Security and Data functions, so someone with broad experience would be preferred.
