Key Responsibilities
- Leading the end-to-end planning cycle: annual budgeting, reforecasts, and long-range planning.
- Delivering insightful financial analysis to drive performance and enable commercial decision-making.
- Business partnering with senior leaders to challenge assumptions, identify risks & opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
- Building dynamic financial models and dashboards to provide proactive and accurate financial analysis which enhances the visibility and decision support.
- Owning and evolving monthly board packs.
- Driving process improvements and embedding a culture of continuous financial performance management
