We’re looking for a Commercial Finance Business Partner who’s hungry for influence, impact, and serious career acceleration. Backed by a major private equity investor, the business is scaling fast — and this role sits right at the heart of that growth. This isn’t a back-office number-crunching job. This is where your financial expertise becomes a strategic weapon.
On-site, 5 days a week. You’ll be fully embedded in the operation, building strong relationships, understanding the heartbeat of the business, and shaping decisions in real time. The role will be split between the Surrey & Berkshire offices with occasional travel to client site.
What’s in it for you? You’ll join a rapidly expanding finance team that’s building a culture people genuinely want to be part of — ambitious, collaborative, and always raising the bar. You’ll sharpen your commercial instincts, boost your technical firepower, and work alongside specialists across every finance discipline. The opportunities to grow? Enormous.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analyse & Report: Turn complex data into clarity. Spot trends, explain the story behind the numbers, and produce dashboards and commentary that drive confident decisions.
- Forecast & Plan: Shape the future through robust forecasting, scenario modelling, and budgeting support that directly informs strategy.
- Data & BI: Work across ERP, CRM, and operational systems to build automated dashboards in Power BI/Tableau/Looker/Qlik. Make data accessible, reliable, and decision‑ready.
- Business Partnering: Be the trusted commercial voice across finance, operations, sales, and leadership. Advise on business cases, challenge assumptions, and translate insight into action.
- Process Improvement: Champion smarter, faster workflows. Automate tasks, improve reporting, and embed better data practices across teams.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Business Partnering
- Advanced modelling and analytical capability
- Confidence influencing stakeholders at every level
