Our client is on an exciting journey within their Marketing Procurement team and are looking for a proactive Local Category Specialist to drive sourcing activities and support strategic initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Take ownership of sourcing projects.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing for lower to mid-value Marketing spend.
  • Partner with the Category Manager on high-impact projects and supplier strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with Marketing teams and add practical procurement value.
  • Engage suppliers effectively to ensure performance and compliance.

About You:

We’re looking for a commercially driven professional with:

  • Strong procurement fundamentals (RFQ/RFP, negotiation, contract management).
  • Excellent relationship-building and organisational skills.
  • A proactive mindset, commercial focus, and ability to work independently.
  • Marketing procurement experience and familiarity with tools like Ariba are a plus.
