FP&A Manager | High-Growth B2B SaaS Scale-up | London

I’m supporting a fast-growing B2B SaaS business that is scaling rapidly and strengthening its finance function to support the next stage of growth. The company operates in a competitive, technology-led market, has strong recurring revenues, and is expanding both its product offering and international footprint.
This FP&A Manager role is a key hire, sitting at the centre of financial planning, performance insight and commercial decision making. You will take ownership of the financial model, planning cycles and SaaS metrics, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
The Role:
- FP&A & Planning – Lead annual budgeting, reforecasting and long-range planning processes, ensuring plans are robust, well understood and aligned to strategic priorities.
- Financial Modelling & Scenario Analysis – Build and maintain integrated financial models covering P&L, cash flow and balance sheet. Provide scenario analysis to support growth initiatives, hiring plans, market entry and funding discussions.
- SaaS Metrics & Commercial Insight – Own key SaaS and growth metrics such as ARR, NRR/GRR, CAC payback and LTV. Deliver clear insight into performance drivers, unit economics and efficiency.
- Leadership & Investor Reporting – Prepare concise, high-quality reporting for senior leadership and external stakeholders, explaining outcomes, underlying drivers and recommended actions.
- Incentives & Performance Analysis – Support the design, modelling and analysis of commission and incentive structures, ensuring alignment between performance, behaviour and capital efficiency.
- Process & Systems Improvement – Enhance FP&A processes, reporting and tools, reducing manual work and building scalable infrastructure suitable for a fast-growing SaaS environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance within a high-growth SaaS, subscription or technology-led business
- Strong financial modelling skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability
- Solid understanding of SaaS unit economics, revenue recognition and growth drivers
- Experience owning budgeting and forecasting processes end to end
- Commercial, data-driven mindset with the ability to communicate insight clearly
- Confident business partner, comfortable working with senior non-finance stakeholders
- Hands‑on and adaptable, suited to a scaling, fast‑paced environment
