Investigo has partnered with one of the leading property landlords in the UK in the search for a newly created FP&A Manager position. This role will work closely with the head of commercial finance in driving forward the improvement and growth of the department and the continuous improvement of the processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide support to operations and asset management teams with up to date and relevant data.
- Lead the financial planning processes to ensure budgets and rolling forecasts are accurately updated.
- Work with commercial partners in long term planning and valuations.
- Produce robust revenue plans and timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monthly and quarterly investor reporting.
- Review monthly, quarterly and annual results against budget and work with stakeholders to review variances.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Proven experience within FP&A or planning roles with the ability to lead on forecasting and planning.
- Working knowledge within the property industry (PropCO, REIT, Developer).
- Desire to improve processes and drive change through automation.
- Natural leader with a desire to take on more responsibility.
