This is a high-impact, project-based Financial Controls Manager role within a fast-growing, innovative, publicly listed business. You’ll play a central role in delivering key initiatives to enhance financial controls and support the organisation’s continued growth.
This role sits in Commercial Finance, working closely with the Controls and Reporting teams to improve governance, accuracy, and efficiency across supplier-funded activities. As Financial Controls Manager, you’ll transform processes from manual and reactive to structured, automated, and preventative. Working across finance, controls, and technology, you’ll define requirements, design end-to-end workflows, and help deliver scalable, audit-ready solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Design end-to-end processes from supplier agreements through to revenue recognition and reconciliation
- Define accounting policies for commercial income, including recognition and cutoff
- Translate finance requirements into system and control improvements
- Partner across teams to improve data integrity and accrual methodologies
- Strengthen risk and control frameworks, including approvals and governance
- Oversee and control critical offline processes and trackers
