About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented financial professional with a passion for delivering precise and insightful financial reporting? Our private equity backed high growth client are seeking an exceptional Financial Reporting Manager to drive financial transparency and strategic insights. Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly consolidated financial reporting, highlighting critical movements and variances
- Managing a team of 4
- Collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners to ensure rigorous budget and forecast alignment
- Administer financial consolidation systems and month-end closing activities
- Prepare consolidated financial statements compliant with FRS102 and Group accounting policies
- Develop and maintain Group financial policies and procedural frameworks
- Conduct comprehensive review of Group Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements
- Prepare high-level financial reports for Group Finance Controller and Chief Financial Officer
- Manage intercompany balance reconciliations and Group eliminations
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven financial reporting experience
- Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards (FRS102)
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting software skills
- Exceptional analytical and communication capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions
