Summary of the role
- Conducting monthly reconciliations for critical balance sheet accounts
- Preparing intercompany invoices, managing FX transactions, and validating balances ahead of period-end close
- Coordinating intercompany activities and recharges, including payroll distributions and IT initiatives run for the Group
- Preparing and aligning VAT, and other occasional tax submissions
- Managing accounting entries and reconciliations
- Contributing to the month-end process through journal entries, financial reports, and account reviews
- Upholding internal financial controls within designated responsibilities
- Providing audit support by gathering and delivering required documentation to both internal and external auditors
Your background
- Possess solid technical accounting expertise, with hands-on experience in complex areas such as consolidated group reporting or navigating multiple accounting standards
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to critically assess your own work and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines
You will need to be a UK resident
This role will be based in London with flexible hybrid working.
