Currently seeking a Finance Business Partner to join this dynamic, global and fast-paced technology business.
The Commercial Finance team is responsible for the delivery of month-end close analysis, annual budget, quarterly forecast process, and 5-year plan for the UK. The team partners with non-financial stakeholders such as IT, HR, and Marketing. They are also responsible for providing analysis, reporting, insights, and business cases to drive the strategic direction of the UK business.
Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 per annum
Location: x2 days a week in Moorgate, City of London (hybrid working)
Job Description
- Preparing, consolidating, and presenting forecasts, budgets, and longer-term financial plans
- Supporting commercial on a system implementation project
- Working with budget holders and their teams to understand various departments’ activities of income and cost
- Contributing to strategic direction by providing insights from your commercial work with managers across the business
- Leading the annual budget-setting process, translating business intelligence and needs into robust annual budgets
- Interpreting business reporting needs and developing reports, data analysis, and operational KPIs
- Developing and maintaining costing and other financial models
Personal Skills and Attributes:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Broad experience in ownership of overall P&L (i.e., from revenue, margin, & operating costs including property)
- Experience in leading & delivering annual budget/reforecasting process – strong business partnering skills.
- Strong communication skills, able to build strong professional relationships across the business
