Responsibilities
- Provide support across the Commercial Finance Team.
- Support Senior Finance Manager with ad-hoc projects.
- Be an effective and trusted business partner to all capital and projects, providing value-adding decision support and insight.
- Provide financial leadership on strategically important business initiatives and clear insight into the progress made towards achieving business and financial targets.
- Deliver the annual budget and re-forecasts for Capital and Opex Projects.
- Robustly analyze expenditure on a monthly basis and provide clear management summaries for senior stakeholders.
- Reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Ensure capex reporting is accurate, working alongside Financial Accounting to ensure projects are accurately reported and accrued.
- Work with respective finance and business areas to understand risks and opportunities on capex/project plans.
- Provide financial support and guidance to business partners on a wide range of ad-hoc queries.
- Support the Project Management Office Function to ensure costs are accurately reported and accrued.
- Support and drive the business change agenda, continually seeking to improve processes.
- Work closely with HR to significantly improve visibility of the overall resource levels of the business and provide clear reporting to senior management.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis as required and support business partnering across all cost areas.
