Interim Administrator – 3 Month Contract (with potential extension) Seeking an experienced Administrator to support a busy Hard FM/Estates function within a healthcare environment. This is an interim position for an initial 3 months, with a strong likelihood of extension for the right candidate. The Role: * Provide administrative support to compliance, performance, and audit functions. * Maintain and update SharePoint and CAFM systems to ensure accurate compliance records. * Collate, produce, and distribute contractual and reporting documentation. * Take and circulate accurate meeting minutes. * Monitor subcontractor reporting systems and compile audit evidence. * Support managers and teams with general administration, scheduling, and compliance tracking. About You: * Previous administrative experience in a busy environment is essential. * Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. * Confident communicator, both written and verbal. * Flexible and proactive, able to prioritise workloads under pressure. * Experience within healthcare, estates, or facilities management is desirable but not essential.
