Im recruiting for a dynamic, evolving Pensions provider who place transformation at the heart of their strategy. With a strong Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO), they are driving structured, insight-led change across the business, partnering with senior leaders to deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes.

Your new role

As Enterprise Transformation Manager, you’ll be a key strategic partner to the Enterprise Transformation Director acting as their deputy and second-in-command. You’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening governance, shaping investment decisions, and ensuring transformation delivery is aligned to enterprise-wide priorities. This is a high-impact role where you’ll challenge assumptions, influence senior stakeholders, and bring clarity through data-driven insight.

What you will need to succeed

  • Proven experience in enterprise transformation, strategy, or portfolio governance
  • Strong ability to challenge and interrogate business cases
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level
  • Advanced analytical capability with experience turning complex data into clear insights
  • Experience designing and operating governance frameworks (investment, prioritisation, benefits tracking)
  • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity and act as a trusted deputy to senior leadership
  • Experience in regulated environments or Transformation Office / PMO functions
  • Knowledge of investment case development, benefits management, and portfolio tools (e.g. Power BI, Planview)
