We are currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Lead to join our client on an initial 6‑month contract, inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Salesforce Agentforce solutions
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, well‑architected Salesforce solutions
- Provide technical leadership across Agentforce, Data Cloud (Data 360), Service Cloud, Omnistudio, and Public Sector Solutions
- Support and guide development teams, including prompt engineering and traditional Salesforce development
- Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks and architectural trade‑offs
- Lead design sessions, solution walkthroughs, and product demonstrations
- Contribute to pre‑sales activities including solution architecture and delivery roadmaps
- Mentor and develop high‑performing Salesforce delivery teams
Skills & Experience
- Strong Salesforce architecture background with a focus on Agentforce
- Experience across multiple Salesforce technologies, including at least three of:
- Service Cloud
- Data Cloud (Data 360)
- Public Sector Solutions
- Omnistudio / Salesforce Industries
Additional Information
- Applicants MUST hold UK Security Clearance
- Experience working in regulated or public sector environments is advantageous
