About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Projects, you’ll take ownership of programme-level governance, delivery, and performance. You’ll ensure multiple interrelated projects are aligned, prioritised, and executed with clarity and control delivering real business value. You’ll also play a key role in shaping how we deliver change as an organisation, embedding best practices, improving reporting and data visibility, and building a high-performing PMO team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead complex, cross-functional programmes from design through to delivery
- Establish and embed robust governance, controls, and reporting frameworks
- Manage risks, dependencies, and investment decisions at programme level
- Provide clear visibility and confidence in delivery to senior stakeholders
- Partner with SLT and functional leaders to align priorities and drive outcomes
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of project professionals
- Drive continuous improvement across programme delivery, tools, and ways of working
