For Companies Infrastructure Analyst – END USER

York – Hybrid (2 days Onsite Per Week)
- Previous experience in a modern workspace environment (3 Years).
- Technical experience supporting complex IT services and solutions (5 years).
- Experience of IBM MaaS360, or similar MDM solutions.
- Experience in the use of Kace, or similar Imaging and deployment platforms.
- Expert technical knowledge of Windows based end user solutions.
- Expert technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 specifically Intune and Autopilot.
- Experience of security tools for the End user estate.
- Good understanding of infrastructure monitoring and how this supports good service performance and supports SOC’s.
- Experience working to SLA/KPIs.
