About the Role
As a Digital Optimisation Manager, you will lead the global optimisation development capability, driving improvements in digital performance through A/B testing and experimentation.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for managing relationships with optimisation platforms.
- Enabling business units to scale their experimentation programmes.
- Working closely with stakeholders across multiple markets.
- Leading test ideation.
- Ensuring consistent governance across all testing activity.
- Managing and developing a team of optimisation specialists.
- Acting as a subject matter expert in conversion optimisation and digital customer journeys.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in digital optimisation, CRO, or experimentation-led roles.
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing tools (e.g. Optimizely or similar platforms).
