You will be Proactive, tech-savvy, a self-starter and adaptable, with excellent problem-solving skills and has the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing company. This role is crucial to fostering a positive work environment, driving operational efficiency, and enabling leadership to focus on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Manage and optimise the CEO’s calendar, prioritising meetings, travel, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and other
- stakeholders.
- Attend key meetings, take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
- Coordinate and manage international travel arrangements for UK staff, including booking flights
- and hotels.
- Assist with expense reporting and financial documentation.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.
- Assist in drafting internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Administer daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.
- Manage relationships with vendors, IT support, and building facilities teams.
- Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies, equipment, and amenities.
- Plan and execute company-wide meetings, team events, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Implement office policies, procedures, and best practices to optimise efficiency.

Candidate Specification:
- 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or C-level executive, ideally in a
- software or tech company.
- Strong knowledge of office operations and administrative best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, or other collaboration tools.
- Experience coordinating with IT teams for office tech setups and system access.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
