Director of Financial Control & M&A – Central London (Hybrid) – £120-130k
My client is a large UK listed business seeking a dynamic Corporate Finance Lead to drive financial strategy, working capital, and growth initiatives.
Based in the London office (minimum three days per week), this role involves critical decision-making, data-driven insights, and leading a high-performing team. You\’ll collaborate with internal and external partners to support efficient scaling and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing quarterly market valuations.
- Partnering with FP&A to maintain financial plans.
- Collaborating with Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations to ensure accurate outputs.
- Overseeing leverage and capacity models.
- Supporting corporate finance advisory on share buybacks and dividend growth.
- Leading working capital reporting, cash flow forecasting, and M&A integration.
