Investigo are recruiting a qualified Finance Manager to join a well-established financial services organisation operating in a regulated, asset-backed environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, supporting funding, performance, and commercial decision-making across the business. The Finance Manager will play a key role in ensuring strong financial control, insightful analysis, and effective partnering with commercial and operational teams, while contributing to wider strategic and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial insight and analysis to support commercial and strategic decision-making
- Support funding, capital, or balance-sheet-related activities within a regulated financial services environment
- Deliver accurate management reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Partner with senior stakeholders across finance, risk, and commercial functions
- Support budgeting, planning, and scenario analysis activities
- Ensure strong governance, controls, and compliance with financial services regulations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes, reporting, and systems
- Support finance-led projects and ad-hoc initiatives as required
About You
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience within financial services, ideally capital markets, asset finance, leasing, or automotive finance
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a regulated, stakeholder-driven environment
- Confident communicator, able to influence and partner with non-finance teams
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems and reporting tools beneficial
