Our client is currently recruiting for a contracts manager (JCT/NEC/FIDIC experience is required). The role will be active management of many high-profile contracts/frameworks and you will be a key member of the Procurement & contract management team.
You will oversee and manage contracts for multiple good and services contract, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities –
- Clear and defined contractor incentives, aligned with end customer agreements, when entering into contracts
- Improved project outcomes and value generation
- Early identification of Risks and Issues which will be managed through the Category management and Procurement stages
- Clear demonstration of cost control and management of risk and contingency on framework
- Early identification of potential risks and issues which are communicated at regional and functional level
- Manage KPI’s, SLA and rebates
Experience – Experience of leading and interacting with senior internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver large scale and high-risk end to end procurement of goods and services. Experience of working in a complex stakeholder environment and demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships even when faced with conflicts or challenging environments. Experience in Programme Management with extensive contract, commercial and risk allocation skills. Extensive experience in the administration of different forms of contract including ICC/JCT/FIDIC and NEC contracts various professional services contracts. Strong cost and contract management experience in practice. Experienced and knowledgeable regarding regulated procurement environments. Knowledge and experience of working with a regulated utilities provider or for publicly funded bodies or developments.
