Currently hiring for a Commercial Finance Manager / Senior Finance Accountant for a brilliant company based in the City of Bristol! This company has a really incredible culture and working environment. Progressive and supportive finance team, exposure to senior board members.
Salary: £50,000 per annum - £60,000 per annum + benefits
Location: Bristol, City Centre
Hybrid working, x2 days in the office x3 working from home
This opportunity encompasses a broad range of duties:
- Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting
- Month-end analysis and review, support through the budget process as well as ad-hoc queries and general financial analysis
- Fixed assets - accounting for additions and depreciation
- Preparation of the quarterly VAT returns
- Project Accounting, supporting the CFO on internal finance projects
- Supporting new system implementation
- Balance sheet reconciliations and analysis globally
Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Qualified (ACCA, ACA or CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong finance experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Great team player, hard working, down to earth and professional
- Able to liaise with Senior business heads
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office products including PowerPoint
- Strong technical accounting knowledge around IFRS and US GAAP
- Ideally a short notice period.
