As the Lead Technical Delivery Manager, you will drive end-to-end technical delivery across the businesses credit & payments ecosystem. You will act as the technical orchestrator - ensuring internal teams and our joint-venture lending partner operate as a unified delivery engine. You will also work closely with product, engineering and operations to understand business needs, unblock constraints, and ensure all delivery is technically feasible, architecturally aligned and fully integrated across internal and partner platforms.
What You Need To Succeed
- Experience in leading end-to-end technical delivery across the credit/payments roadmap, ensuring feasibility, quality and alignment with architectural standards.
- Experience in translating product requirements into clear technical flows, APIs, dependencies and sequencing.
- Experience in managing third-party technology partners to ensure delivery meets agreed standards and timelines.
- Strong stakeholder management as you will act as the senior technical counterpart to the joint-venture lending partner, ensuring integration, design alignment and issue resolution.
- Ability to provide strong reporting and technical insight to senior leadership, governance forums and decision-making groups.
- Experience in owning technical RAID management, escalating risks early and driving mitigations.
