Investigo is one of the brands under The IN Group, founded 22 years ago and has grown to a very well established brand with 20 specialisms. Currently we are hiring for an experienced 360 recruiter (must have proven business development experience) to join the interim public sector team. We have opportunities to join the finance or HR desks both providing a warm desk with established client networks within local government to work with. It’s a fantastic opportunity to work alongside one of our highest achieving consultants in our global business and leverage off our existing relationships. You will be joining a high performing company where you will get the support and development to excel your recruitment career. This is great for someone with proven experience looking to develop their career further.
The person
This role is suited to a recruitment consultant who has experience in interim/contract recruiting within the public sector.
Responsibilities
- Clear and professional communication with clients and candidates
- Ideally you will have 2 years or more of recruitment experience with proven business development experience. We are flexible on levelling based on experience.
- We are looking for ambitious people who are motivated to succeed.
- Growth mindset – looking to learn from senior and experienced recruiters in your team, stay curious and open to feedback
