Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite. Office located near Liverpool Street. 4.5 day work week. Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission (up to 42.5%). Currently, we are hiring for an experienced 360 recruiter (must have proven business development experience) with a background in Change & Transformation. It’s a fantastic opportunity to work alongside our highest achieving consultants in our global business, some of the top billers and leverage off our existing relationships to level up your earnings. The person:
This role is suited to a recruitment consultant who has experience in the change and transformation markets across the UK working on an interim/contract desk. Clear and professional communication with clients and candidates is essential. Ideally, you will have 3 years or more of recruitment experience with proven business development experience. We are flexible on levelling based on experience. We're looking for ambitious people who are motivated to succeed. A growth mindset is important – looking to learn from senior and experienced recruiters in your team, staying curious and open to feedback. You want to be a part of a high performing agency that is culture-led and values every single member of the team. You should have the ability to learn quickly and identify opportunities to improve processes.
