This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant with experience in recruiting for software or product positions to be a part of the founding Investigo Software team. You will have the guidance and support of an experienced and successful Software Recruitment Manager and be a part of a wider Specialist Technology Recruitment Practice. The Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join a hugely successful specialist Technology Recruitment Practice, where you will be a founding member of the Software Recruitment Division. The Team have a strong client base throughout the UK and Nordics, so it’s an opportunity to leverage off our existing network and grow your own client base too. This is a 360 recruitment position focused on placing software and product professionals throughout the UK and Nordics. You will be handling the entire candidate and client life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Overall, you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes. This includes:
- Candidate identification and interviews
- Advising and feeding back to candidates
- Attending client meetings both remotely and in person
- Placing multiple software professionals in one packaged deal via SOW
- Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from these
- Lead generation through relationship building
- New business development
- Communicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity
What we are looking for:
This role is suited to a recruitment consultant who has experience in recruiting for software positions in a 360 recruitment role. You should have experience in communicating with people in a professional setting. Ideally, you will have 3 or more years of recruitment experience, ideally within the software and product space. You should be ambitious, driven and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment. You want to be a part of a high performing agency that is culture-led and values every single member of the team. You should have excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
Career Progression and Training:
You will begin your role with Investigo with full end-to-end recruitment training to develop your already established knowledge. You will have the support of a successful Recruitment Manager and your wider team, as well as a bespoke training programme from our in-house learning and development function. This includes:
- 1-2-1 training with your team and manager
- In-person, bespoke training programmes tailored to your desk and area you recruit into
- Online models to bolster your learning
