This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing People & Culture team in a job share capacity, providing expert HR advice and building strong, collaborative relationships with leaders across the growing organisation. Reporting to the People & Culture Director, and job sharing along another, long standing Senior HR Advisor, you’ll take a collaborative, business partnering approach to help shape and drive HR projects and initiatives, as well as delivering seamless operational support. Partner with leaders to provide high-quality advice on people management, policies, and decisions. Lead on HR projects, including enhancing leadership capability, supporting DEI action plans, and refining operational processes. Handle employee relations cases with a pragmatic and empathetic approach. Brings extensive, hands-on HR generalist experience across the full employee lifecycle. Is confident managing risks, complex employee relations, and coaching leaders at all levels. Excels at building relationships remotely and proactively identifies opportunities to add value.
