Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission (up to 42.5%)

Currently were hiring for an experienced 360 recruiter (must have proven business development experience) to join the interim public sector team. It’s a fantastic opportunity to work alongside one of our highest achieving consultants in our global business and leverage off our existing relationships. You will be joining high performing company where you will get the support and development to excel your recruitment career. This is great for someone with proven experience looking to develop their career further.

The person

• Clear and professional communication with clients and candidates
• Ideally you will have 2 years or more of recruitment experience with proven business development experience. We are flexible on levelling based on experience.
• We\’re looking for ambitious people who are motivated to succeed.
• Growth mindset – looking to learn from senior and experienced recruiters in your team, stay curious and open to feedback
• You want to be a part of a high performing agency that is culture lead and values every single member of the team
• Has the ability to learn quickly and identify opportunities to improve processes
