We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant with business analysis, project management and business change skills to support a consultancy delivering digital transformation for a range of public sector organisations.
In this client-side role, you will help organisations plan for the future, realise measurable benefits from digital programmes, and maximise return on investment in technology and facilities. You will work directly with senior stakeholders, shaping strategy, resolving delivery challenges, and identifying follow-on opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop business cases, supporting clients through governance and approval processes.
- Create strategies for future delivery of digital services, aligned to client objectives.
- Support digital, data and technology procurements, including documentation, evaluation and bid assessment.
- Produce User and Service Requirements documentation.
- Deliver business change and transformation plans, including stakeholder engagement and benefits realisation.
- Proven experience delivering digital transformation in the UK Public Sector, with knowledge of governance, assurance and approval processes.
- Able to work across digital, data and technology programmes and adapt quickly in fast-changing environments.
- Strong client-facing advisory experience, building trusted relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent listening, communication and influencing skills, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outputs within a consultancy environment.
Hybrid working: 1-3 days on-site: Ability to travel to offices based in London or the M4 corridor. Offices may be client site or office hub.
