My client is an international organisation looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to take ownership of a key residences portfolio within a growing international business. Reporting into the Head of FP&A, you’ll work closely with operational and commercial leaders to drive performance, support decision-making, and help shape the direction of a fast-moving part of the business. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role with real visibility and the chance to make a tangible impact.
What you’ll be doing
- You’ll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and month-end performance analysis across multiple sites, as well as delivering clear insight to senior stakeholders on what’s driving results.
- Partner with operational and commercial teams on key decisions.
- Build and maintain financial models to support planning and investment cases.
- Produce monthly reporting and commentary on performance and risks.
- Support pricing and revenue optimisation activity.
- Own balance sheet integrity and support statutory reporting requirements.
- Help improve systems, processes, and financial data quality.
- Line manage a qualified Management Accountant.
What we’re looking for
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with solid post-qualified experience.
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Confident business partner who can influence non-finance stakeholders.
- Clear communicator with strong analytical ability.
- Ability to manage junior staff and develop them in a supportive environment.
Desirable but not essential
- Experience with VAT Returns.
- Understanding of US GAAP.
