My client is a respected organisation within the professional services sector and is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support Analyst. This role aims to provide high-quality operational and analytical support to a key business division.
This role sits at the heart of divisional operations where you will be coordinating meetings and reporting cycles, managing management information, and supporting leadership in driving effective workflow and compliance processes.
Summary of the role- Coordinate divisional meetings and prepare supporting materials, including performance reports and management packs
- Monitor workflow and performance data, providing insights and commentary to divisional heads and senior stakeholders
- Support the completion and maintenance of operational and compliance documentation
- Act as the central liaison between business, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth communication and process handovers
- Provide guidance and training to colleagues on operational processes and best practice
- Oversee key lifecycle administration activities, including onboarding and leaver coordination, working closely with HR, IT, and Facilities
- Contribute to cross-divisional operational forums, sharing updates on performance and initiatives
- Experience in an operations, business support, or analytical role within a structured, professional environment
- Confident working with management information, data, and reporting tools
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvement
- Comfortable supporting senior leaders and handling confidential information with discretion
You will need to be a UK resident.
This role will be based in London with flexible hybrid working.
