I’m currently supporting a high-growth, PE backed Healthcare business, hiring a Business Analyst to work directly with an experienced founder (ex-top-tier investment banking background) on strategy, M&A, and commercial initiatives.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ experience in consulting or investment banking to move into a fast-paced, in-house role with real exposure to deals and decision-making.
The Role
You’ll play a key role across:
- M&A & deal analysis – building financial models, supporting due diligence, and evaluating acquisition opportunities
- Strategy – market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and supporting growth initiatives
- Commercial performance – analysing business performance, building dashboards, and providing actionable insights
- Financial modelling – supporting forecasting, scenario planning, and investment decisions
- You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and gain hands-on exposure to a live buy-and-build strategy.
About You
- 2–3 years’ experience in Strategy Consulting or Investment Banking
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Experience supporting transactions, due diligence, or strategic projects
- Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
