Investigo are partnering with a leading organisation who are currently transforming technology. They are seeking an Interim Head of IT Service and Operations to lead a team of approximately 30 providing 1st & 2nd Line support as well as IT Service Management capability within an end-user organisation.
This role requires someone with the gravitas to work with senior stakeholders, whilst also having the ability to shape what great service looks like, down to 1st line support. You'll bring previous experience of managing IT Teams of a similar size and composition (service management and service desk). You'll be people centric, with a keen eye for getting to the root cause of problems and spotting trends and patterns in user issues, with a strong customer focus. You'll also bring a breadth of experience across ITIL disciplines and industry good practice.
This role is a 6 month contract engagement and will require on site working 3 days a week.
