We’re partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit a Senior Vendor Manager to oversee its Workplace Services and Real Estate supplier portfolio.
This is a strategic role focused on strengthening supplier performance, commercial value, governance and risk management across a complex third-party supplier network.
Key responsibilities
- Lead supplier relationship management and governance across Workplace Services and Real Estate.
- Drive supplier performance, commercial improvements and value creation through benchmarking and market insight.
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal and operational stakeholders on sourcing and contract strategies.
- Lead supplier reviews, performance reporting, escalations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee contract lifecycle management, renewals, compliance and supplier risk.
- Ensure appropriate governance and controls are in place across lower-tier suppliers.
About you
- Strong experience in vendor management, procurement or category management within Workplace Services and/or Real Estate.
- Proven track record in supplier governance, contract management and commercial negotiations.
- Good understanding of supplier risk, compliance, performance management and third-party controls.
- Confident stakeholder manager with strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable operating in a complex, matrixed organisation and influencing senior stakeholders.
