We have an exciting opportunity for a Revenue/Billings Manager at a dynamic, fast-paced business, where you’ll play a critical role in managing and optimising our billing and revenue functions Hours – 37.5 hours Monday-Friday – Car park on site! Your Responsibilities Overseeing the Revenue/Billing function with complete responsibility for billing and revenue processes. Indirectly leading and mentoring a team of billing specialists to ensure efficient and precise financial operations. Supervising month-end reporting and coordinating with teams within the group companies. Managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate profit and loss analysis, and addressing key cost drivers. Working with pricing and business development teams to ensure seamless billing execution for new customers. Leading the cost of sales processing, ensuring timely billing, and resolving any discrepancies with third-party logistics providers. Analysing customer tariffs, fuel surcharge applications, and gross profit margins across the company and customer P&L to enhance financial performance. Managing intercompany Electronic Billing (E-Billing) and ensuring the accuracy of multi-currency cost invoices. Your Skills and Experiences
