Business Systems Analyst - ERP/ CRM/ Power BI - Bedford based
4 days/ week on-site with 1 day working from home.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Business Systems Analyst to join our client's growing team based in Bedfordshire. This pivotal role brings together system administration, technical support, data insights, and workflow automation to optimise efficiency and innovate processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support core business systems including CRM and ERP platforms.
- Oversee integrations and connections between key systems.
- Develop insightful reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Deliver data insights to diverse internal stakeholders.
- Create and deploy workflow automations via Power Automate.
- Collaborate closely on projects such as system migrations, upgrades, and feature rollouts.
- Partner with IT managers, internal teams, and external vendors to implement improvements.
Key Skills required
- Strong proficiency in Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas).
- Experience in supporting CRM and ERP systems.
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
- Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and Copilot.
- Excellent communication skills with experience working with a range of stakeholders.
Salary on offer is between £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
