Applications Support Engineer (NetSuite)
Location: Hybrid - Milton Keynes (South East). Flexible working options available

As the Applications Support Engineer, you will be the go-to expert for NetSuite, shaping how core systems are supported and improved across the organisation. This is a standalone role offering real responsibility, visibility, and the chance to make a tangible impact.
Responsibilities
- Ensure NetSuite and connected business applications run smoothly, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently to minimise disruption
- Act as the primary NetSuite contact for users, supporting Finance, HR and other teams while providing clear guidance and practical solutions
- Maintain and configure NetSuite features, including workflows, roles, forms, saved searches, and integrations with third-party platforms
- Support upgrades, releases, and testing, reproducing issues in sandbox environments and identifying root causes
- Maintain accurate data, clear documentation, and implement governance, security, and compliance best practices across NetSuite and integrated systems
Key Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience supporting NetSuite, with a strong understanding of finance processes
- Comfortable making small configuration changes, troubleshooting independently, and escalating when needed
- Confident in a business-facing role, able to explain technical issues to non-technical users
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to take ownership as the sole NetSuite support resource
- Approachable, collaborative, and skilled at building relationships across the business
