Good morning LinkedIn, I am currently supporting a well known Charity who are based in London. They are currently looking to further align Service Delivery, IT Governance and Products, there are two proposed Options that are designed to move the Charity forward to the Target Operating Model.
SKILLS
- A. Technical Skills (Non-negotiable)
- Power Automate / Logic Apps
- PowerShell (advanced)
- REST APIs + scripting integrations
- Configuring webhooks for ITSM tools
- Git basics (version control)
- B. ITSM & Operational Skills
- Understanding of Incident, Request, Change & CMDB
- Experience integrating workflows into ITSM tools
- Ability to automate ticket-handling paths (routing, SLAs, escalations)
- C. Infrastructure Operations
- Patch management concepts
- Basic network and security concepts (firewall, AV, vulnerability feeds)

- Working within backlogs and prioritisation
- Running sprints or Kanban
