Location: Amsterdam – Hybrid working 2/3 days a week onsite

Languages: Dutch and English required; French and German advantageous

We are looking for a Service Design Analyst to support the integration of two organisations following a recent acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and designing services across both organisations to ensure a smooth transition and improved end-to-end service delivery.

This role will involve service mapping and analysis to understand existing processes, end-user journeys, and touchpoints across both businesses. You will also look at the different toolsets currently in place and help define a future state service blueprint while ensuring appropriate support mechanisms are established during the interim integration period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed service mapping across both organisations to understand current processes and workflows.
  • Analyse end-user journeys and service touchpoints to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Account for differences in systems, processes, and toolsets across both organisations.
  • Develop and document a future state service blueprint for the integrated organisation.
  • Support the design of interim service solutions during the transition period, including Hypercare support mechanisms.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across both organisations to gather insights and ensure alignment during integration.
  • Provide clear documentation, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in service design, service mapping, or business/service analysis.
  • Experience designing support models or service frameworks.
  • Experience working in integration or acquisition environments is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyse complex processes and translate insights into clear service design outputs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
