We are seeking an AI Business Partner to join our client and bridge their gap between AI strategy and real-world application, ensuring all AI tools and initiatives are effectively deployed and governed.
This hands‑on role involves collaboration with various teams to support the adoption of productivity tools, shaping proofs of concept, and enabling automation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage as a dedicated AI partner to shape and implement actionable AI solutions.
- Promote the use of approved AI productivity tools across the organisation.
- Oversee AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks and strategic goals.
- Manage and scope AI proofs of concept, defining clear outcomes and success measures.
- Track the benefits and impact of AI projects systematically.
- Support back‑office automation projects requiring technical collaboration.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Background in roles such as AI Business Partner or Business Analyst.
- Practical knowledge of applying AI and digital tools to enhance work processes.
- Strong skills in business case development, success tracking, and value demonstration.
- Ability to simplify AI concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with governance, compliance, and risk in AI projects.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
Salary on offer is up to £60k/ annum plus excellent company benefits.
